Advocates 4 Animals rescued Oreo after she was found living in a busy downtown area with multiple other stray and feral cats. The cats had to fear for their life, daily. They were being shot at by BB’s, chased, kicked and threatened. Upon rescue, Oreo was terribly emaciated and dehydrated. She was in need of lots of TLC and of good nutrition. But despite her tough start in life, Oreo was full of love and kindness from the first moment of rescue.
Oreo entered on of our wonderful A4A volunteer foster homes where she received/receives unlimited love and attention while she made a full recovery and now waits to find a loving, forever adopter/home to call her very own. Oreo LOVES to snuggle. She loves to be petted and held. She does great with other cats and with dogs too. She loves everyone she meets! At her volunteer foster home, when people come to visit her temporary guardians, Oreo can often be found rolling upside-down and showing her belly, wanting attention and eager to meet new people. Oreo is incredibly sweet and friendly. She has so much love to share! She also loves to play with her cat toys.
Oreo hopes to find a loving home to call her own in 2014. Please share her story/photos/info and help spread the word to help Oreo find the home of her dreams!
