We would like to THANK YOU for another successful year at  Advocates 4 Animals, Inc.

Whether it was expanding our spay and neuter program, helping even more families retain their pets through our Pet Food Pantry Program, or saving countless stray cats and orphaned kittens, we couldn’t have done it without YOUR support.  Our goal is to make 2015 an even better year for the animals and we need your help.  Please consider supporting our organization by making a tax-deductible donation before 12/31/14 to Advocates 4 Animals, Inc.

Throughout the year, we are able to provide assistance to so many animals in need through your contributions but there are 11 felines who are especially grateful to Advocates 4 Animals and our supporters.  It was mid-summer with temperatures hovering around the 90 degree mark when we received a plea for help for 11 cats that had been turned out by their owner.  11 adult cats is A LOT for any organization to handle at once but there was something about the plea that really pulled us toward the situation.  The concerned citizen who contacted us let us know that all 11 cats had been turned out (due to no fault of their own) when their guardian  passed away and the spouse no longer wanted to care for the cats.  Without food, water or shelter, their already poor health began to decline even more. Advocates 4 Animals along with the concerned citizens developed a plan of action to sterilize all of the cats, provide extensive dental surgeries for each cat (due to a genetic disorder, all of the cats had a majority or all of their teeth pulled) and worked to find forever homes for the cats.  To date, all of the cats are now healthy, happy, and thriving in fantastic indoor homes!

Stories like the above can only happen with the generous support of our donors.  We need your support as we gear up for 2015!  Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today to help cats like Alana get a second chance at a happy life!  Even a gift of $5 makes a difference in the life of an animal in need.

Thank you for being part of a successful 2014 and here’s to an even more successful 2015!

Happy Holidays!
